Small steps, BIG results.

Have you ever felt that you are not making progress?

But be the type of person that will PERSEVERE.

I have been writing an online course which seems like forever.

I thought, why am I evening bothering.

There were so many things that were going against me.

I just couldn’t seem to get a breakthrough.

I had to keep telling myself ‘COME ON, YOU CAN DO IT’.

I  asked myself WHY  was I creating this course?

Who will this course BENEFIT?

Just by asking myself those two questions made me determined NOT to quit.

Knowing your WHY will keep you focused.

It will guide you step by step.

I started to make small progress every day.

This resulted in a BIG result.

I don’t know about you but I find some habits are hard to break? I want to share with you some tips that I have found useful to break bad habits.

Have you ever got yourself into a situation, then thought how do I get out of this habit?

Yes, we sometimes fall into bad habits, however, it is also about replacing them with good habits.

Research by James Clear suggests that bad habits interrupt your life and prevent you from accomplishing your goals. They jeopardise your health — both mentally and physically. And they waste your time and energy.

What habits have you fallen into?

Think about how you will replace it with a good habit.

Here are some tips that may help you:

  • Define the concrete behavior you want to change or develop
  • Identify the triggers
  • Deal with the triggers
  • Develop a substitute plan
  • Get support
  • Reward yourself
  • Be persistent and patient
